  • Join the University of Maryland Mindfulness Society for a weekly virtual mindfulness session featuring breathing exercises, guided meditation, and meaningful group discussions focused on living a more mindful, present life. Sessions are designed to introduce the practice of mindfulness and provide a space for relaxation, reflection, and connection.

  • In this virtual film salon, we come together on Zoom to watch timeless cinema classics, followed by lively and thought-provoking discussions. Each film sparks emotions, explores deep themes, and reveals layers of meaning—sometimes hilarious, sometimes dramatic, always captivating. With over a hundred films behind us, every screening offers a fresh idea or a striking image that lingers in our hearts and minds.

  • This yoga class is designed for both beginners and those who would like to stretch and strengthen to begin their day. We will start with a centering meditation and work through asanas/postures that focus on mobility, flexibility, and balance.  Each class ends with a savasana/restful pose.

  • Come to Iona for open play American Mah Jongg! This is not an instructional class, but a space intended for beginners who know the basics of the game. However, players with more experience are also welcome.
