Join Diane H. in studying the art of Tai Chi. Diane is a patient instructor who will break down this martial art form into numbers and movements so that it is easy to learn. Tai chi will help with balance, stretching, and focus.

Diane Harris has been studying tai chi for 20 years and has taught in a variety of settings for 12 years.  Her teaching style is interactive, encouraging, and practical.  She emphasizes the many applications of tai chi to everyday movement and challenges.  Potential benefits of tai chi include improving balance, coordination, body awareness, focus, and posture.  It’s challenging, but also relaxing and restorative.

In addition to the Yang-style 24-form, Diane teaches Sun style tai chi and shibashi (18-movement) qigong.
